Each month, a variety of live programs are offered to help people living with MS and their support partners build connections, learn from healthcare professionals, and address their own unique challenges. Topics include nutrition, exercise, cognition, fatigue, relationships, family planning, employment, and more!

All programs are free of charge for individuals living with MS and their support partners.
