Harm Reduction Coalition has served as a national resource, leader, and convener for grassroots and community-based organizations, health departments, and municipal leaders concerned about the impact of drug use in their communities. Harm Reduction Coalition is widely recognized as the leader of capacity building, training, and technical assistance for community-based organizations and government agencies seeking to reduce and eliminate HIV and viral hepatitis transmission and fatal overdoses among people who use drugs.
