Equity
Equity is our active commitment to building self-sufficiency within our community through acknowledging and removing barriers both seen and unseen to those who would like to participate in the art of theater. Adventure hopes to ensure our community has access to the tools and resources that will allow them to discover, make, and enjoy the theatre arts.
Engagement
Adventure believes that engagement begins with listening, partnering, and collaboration: we hope to serve the community by providing space to tell and teach their stories. Through individual relationships, engagement is where Adventure enters the community, building networks and inviting the community to us as we aim to go to them.
Innovation
Adventure is committed to broadening the world of theatre by offering technique driven education through tailored levels of training; developing new and unique productions; and expanding how we bring invigorating theatrical experiences to our local community and theatre at large.
Growth
Adventure believes in fostering the growth of our community by supporting academic, professional and personal advancements through all aspects of our work, focusing on building up the technical and personal capacities of each individual we reach.
Wonder
Adventure believes fundamentally in inspiring wonder in our audiences, classrooms, work culture and community by combining inspiration and action, paired with a desire to lean into the whimsical. At Adventure, we hope to do as much playing in our work as we do on our stages and in our classrooms, and to never cease pushing the limits of possibility.
