About Us
Mission:

To make the environment more accessible, relatable, relevant, and connected to the daily lives of all Americans.

Programs:

Conservation

  • National Public Lands Day: The nation’s largest single‐day volunteer effort for public lands, taking place every year on the fourth Saturday in September.
  • Employee Engagement: NEEF works with organizations on engagement campaigns to increase awareness and support for corporate social responsibility priorities, and encourage team members to take action on sustainability at work, as well as at home and in their communities. NEEF also convenes corporate thought leaders to assess best practices, conduct sustainability surveys, and create tools to measure the return on investment of engaging employees in environmental education and behaviors.
  • Engagement Campaigns: NEEF partners with sports leagues (such as the NBA and the NHL), museums, zoos, and aquaria to prompt fans and visitors to take environmental actions at home. These campaigns are grounded in behavioral science, engage Americans in "learning by doing," and demonstrate that collective actions can create large-scale impacts.

K-12 Education

  • Greening STEM: The outdoors facilitate real-world, project-based STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) learning. Our online Greening STEM Learning Center provides free materials and educator toolkits tied to standards.
  • National Environmental Education Week: A weeklong, nationwide celebration of environmental education.
  • Climate Superstars: A 10-day online environmental challenge for middle school students that gets kids excited about the environment and how they can take an active role in caring for its future.

Health

  • Asthma: NEEF works with health care professionals to inform the public about environmental triggers and management of asthma. NEEF also offers a free, online accredited eLearning course to help pediatric healthcare providers manage environmental asthma triggers and intervention strategies.
  • Nature Champions: NEEF trains health care providers to prescribe active time in nature to help prevent serious conditions like obesity and diabetes.
  • SunWise: Delivering sun safety education and materials to our nation’s educators and the public.

Why Work For Us?:

NEEF cultivates a lively, supportive work culture based on inclusion, respect, and balance. We are diverse, creative professionals who are motivated to grow and committed to our mission of making the environment more accessible, relatable, relevant, and connected to the daily lives of all Americans.

About Us
Mission:

Changing the Conversation Together is an organization of concerned citizens building a national corps of deep canvassers.
Deep canvassing is a way to engage voters emotionally and is the most effective form of voter persuasion that’s ever been measured.

Programs:

ENGAGE

We believe it is critical for Americans to engage civilly with each other, regardless of party affiliation. So first, our volunteers initiate conversations with voters about the direction of our country and the significance of the upcoming elections.

LISTEN

Next, we share stories about the people we care about – and how politicians’ actions affect them. Even more important, we listen to voters’ stories about the people they care about. Often, we often find shared values and concerns.

ACTIVATE

Finally, we make the case for voting Democratic in the upcoming elections. This isn’t about party affiliation. It is about opposing hate, upholding basic decency, and defending the checks and balances that are critical to democracy.

Why Work For Us?:

Changing the Conversation Together (CTC) is building a national corps of deep canvassers, in order to grow an electorate that embraces compassion and inclusion. Deep canvassing is a form of voter engagement based on face-to-face, empathetic conversations. It’s also the most effective form of voter persuasion ever measured. Our canvassing helped flip Staten Island in 2018, Pennsylvania in 2020, and Georgia in 2021. And we’ve built a community of trained volunteers dedicated to learning, disseminating, and expanding this work.  Our campaigns have been featured in the NY Times, the Nation, WNYC/NPR, The American Prospect, NowThisNews and the book Politics Is For Power. About Us
Mission:

EVHybridNoire is the nation’s largest network of diverse electric vehicle drivers and enthusiasts. An organization with a passionate and dedicated team, our mission is to advance EVs and other “e-mobility” solutions--and ensure those solutions are inclusive and equitable. We engage with communities often left out of e-mobility discussions, advocate for e-mobility solutions in underserved communities, and shift the narrative about e-mobility to be more inclusive of diverse populations. Specifically, our work involves a mix of grassroots engagement, media outreach, research, speaking engagements, and advocacy and decision-maker education. That work spans many aspects of e-mobility and equity, including climate justice, workforce development, public health, multimodal mobility and creative financing of e-mobility solutions. We’re currently focused on growing our organization to meet expanding demand for our advocacy efforts and thought leadership.
