m/Oppenheim Executive Search

Overview
Headquarters:
San Francisco, CA, USA
Size:
11-50 employees
Founded:
2008
About Us
Mission:

We help strengthen nonprofits programmatically, organizationally, and financially by recruiting great leaders for great organizations.

Programs:

m/Oppenheim strengthens civil society by recruiting nonprofit leaders, drawing attention to their work, and getting people involved in strengthening civil society initiatives.

mOppenheim.org produces four series:  Nonprofit Report (webcast), Nonprofit Spotlight (articles), INSIGHT (produced with PBS stations) and mOp-Ed (opinion pieces). Our approach is to produce video materials, and then transform these materials into webcasts, shorts, written articles, audio podcasts and social media elements for distribution. In theory, every webcast can yield 4-6 elements for distribution.

Why Work For Us?:

Work with a dedicated group of individuals who are the best in their field. We are dedicated to understanding the evolving business models, cultures and challenges faced by nonprofits and their leaders. We serve people who are driven to make the world a better place, and provide our clients with the very best leadership choices available.

We realize that working remotely 100% of the time can be isolating so we encourage friendly interactions with colleagues by getting together in person or online. Some gatherings have included group cooking classes, visits to art shows, baseball games, boat rides, and visits to Alcatraz in San Francisco the monuments in Washington DC.
