Summary:

Position Classification: Saturday 6am-Monday 6am EOW (Required to stay overnight)

Basic Responsibilities:

• Supports individuals in reaching their goals, respects the dignity and individuality of each individual and his/her right to confidentiality, assist individuals we support with daily needs, ensures that the safety, health, and nutritional needs of the individuals we support are met, completes required paperwork accurately and as required by program, performs other duties as assigned by supervisor, filing, documentation, administer medications as ordered. • Ability to be organized, punctual, and have the ability to document and maintain confidential data. • Strong adherence to ESUCP mission & core values.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least two years of experience working with people with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities, preferred. • Ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, assign priority to activities and ability to manage the goals of multiple individuals. • Must be able to work an 8 hour shifts.  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. • Must complete and maintain current ESUCP training curriculum, which includes, but not limited to the following: CPR/First Aid, NCI, and Medication Administration, in-service trainings as required and other trainings relevant to position as defined by local program guidelines.  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work location.
