United Way of the Plains (Wichita, KS) is currently recruiting for a full-time Community Investment Manager. This position is responsible for evaluating, improving, developing and implementing methods and processes for distribution of funds related to annual campaigns, disaster relief and/or special grants to provide support and growth of the United Way mission. 

Additional responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, conducting agency/volunteer trainings, performing  program audits and reviews, review of agency financial documents,  maintaining good relationships with volunteers and agencies, awareness of key trends occurring within the health and human services area, and supporting the development, implementation and management of United Way projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess strong management abilities with attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor Degree required, with emphasis in business, accounting or finance preferred.
