We currently have a Speech-Language Pathologist job opportunity available in our school program, which provides programs and services for children with disabilities (ages 3-8).  Our schools are located in Baldwin/Whitehall, Export/Murrysville and Cranberry Township.

We follow a typical school calendar in that we operate from late August–early June.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  A full-time SLP works a six-hour day, 30 hours per week, 1230 hours per year.  A great benefit package that includes affordable medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, pension and paid time off is included. During the month of July, we offer an Extended School Year program for those employees who wish to work a few extra hours. 

Educational Background: 
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Skills/Experience: 
  • PA License in Speech-Language Pathology required (or in process of completing the Year of Supervised Professional Experience--YSPE).
  • PA Professional Teacher Certification in Speech and Language Impaired (or equivalent) required.
  • Completion of education credits needed to maintain license/certifications required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.  Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered.
  • Acceptable Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse and FBI thru Department of Education required.
  • Passing of physical examination and TB required.
