Summary:

Easterseals in New Castle is seeking an individual to assist in providing support and personal care to individuals with disabilities.

Basic Responsibilities:

Job includes review of all participants medical and health related correspondence and reports. Assess specific health needs and coordinate health services for each participant and caregiver. Administer medications and perform treatments as per doctors order. Serve as liaison for participants, caregiver, staff and medical professionals around medical issues.

Qualifications:

Lead Certified Nursing Assistant staff in handling medical emergencies and provide training as needed. This is a per diem position.
