Easterseals is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for full time positions in Kent and Sussex Counties.

Educational Background: 
Preferred Candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in related human services field
Skills/Experience: 
  • Ideal Candidates will demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills. Driver’s License in good standing required.
  • RBT Certification required and at least 1 year of clinical experience with children ages birth to 5 years old on the Autism Spectrum.
Compensation/Benefits: 

This position is full time 40 hours per week with generous employee benefit package including mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and the opportunity to work with an outstanding team of professionals.
