The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) is responsible for the development and implementation of recipients Individualized Habilitation / Service Plans and supervisory leadership to direct care staff in assigned home sites.

Basic Responsibilities:

Duties include by not limtied to:

Supervise CIS employees, to include timely performance appraisals and recomend recognition of staff

Rotate weekly on call responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each assigned CILA consumer

Train and monitor program staff on implementation and documentation of training and behavior programs

Coordinate and monitor staff schedules, medical/dental appointments, psychological, psychiatric and/or nutritional assessments 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field

3 years work experience with people with developmental disabilities 

Valid QIDP certification
