Basic Responsibilities:

• The IPS Employment Support Team Leader’s primary duties are to provide leadership in direct service for the IPS team.  The IPS Employment Support Professional (EPS) Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that jobs are secured for individuals with disabilities who are served and supported by the IPS team.   • The IPS EPS Team Leader is responsible with ensuring that services are provided according to the service definition and IPS Fidelity Model. • In this position, the IPS EPS Team Leader serves as an integral part of the management team in the daily operation of the supported employment program.   • The IPS EPS Team Leader is supervised by the Employment Program Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an approved, accredited institution that meets the criteria for MHQP status.  • Knowledge of labor market and community service agencies.  • Possess skills in developing and writing task analysis, systemic job training and supported employment. • Possesses current, unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license. • Possesses current, unrestricted vehicle insurance and provide own transportation for use in fulfilling job requirements.
