This individual is responsible for developing and executing programs designed to augment Brown County United Way’s fundraising and relationship management strategies. This involves, but is not limited to, the annual workplace campaign, new business solicitations, developing year-round giving programs, donor recognition, planned giving and other strategies designed to build giving relationships with new and existing donors.

Educational Background: 
A Bachelor’s degree is required, and/or equivalent experience and education.
Skills/Experience: 
  • A minimum of two years of experience in fundraising, sales, account or donor management. Public speaking ability and strong communication skills are also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be: able to work collaboratively with a high-functioning team; experienced in creating innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships; and passionate about helping people in need and promoting community philanthropy.
