Basic Responsibilities:
Provide community based crisis response and interventions for individuals in crisis as part of the mobile crisis team. Complete assessments and interventions that address the individual’s risk for self-harm, serious self-neglect, victimization and violence. Collaborate with a variety of community agencies to provide a coordinated response to an individual’s crisis. Assist the individual and family or natural support system in developing a strength-based crisis plan focused on recognition of crisis triggers, increased coping skills, and safe resolution of crisis events. Accepting resumes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Pay varies based on shift and experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human service field, Masters preferred. Minimum of one year crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
