Easterseals has group homes in the Franklin, Oil City and Seneca, PA, areas where individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities reside. These individuals participate in our program where we are responsible for providing a safe, secure and supportive living environment in which these individuals will learn to live and function as independently as possible within the community.
We currently have both full-time and part-time Direct Care Worker job opportunities available. Our full-time positions are offered a comprehensive benefit package. We operate our homes 24 hours per day, 365 days per year; so various shift hours are available. Rate is $10.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities preferred.
- Current valid Pennsylvaniadriver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check required.
- Passing of physical examination and TB required.
