JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                                    
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of building grounds, as well as interior and exterior common areas.  Assist Maintenance staff as needed with interior and exterior repairs.

Skills/Experience: 

QUALIFICATIONS:                                                            

High school or diploma or equivalent.  1 years of experience in general cleaning as
well as experience in general grounds maintenance to include, but not limited to, mowing and weeding. Must be able to communicate effectively.  Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.     

 

SALARY: $11.13 per hour   

 

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
