This position is primarily responsible for the management of the Flint National Service Accelerator initiative which helps promote the importance of national service members and activities throughout Genesee County. Additional responsibilities include working with organizations to build their capacity for maximizing national service positions, recruiting and training for national service members. Work with Community Foundation of Greater Flint, provide a comprehensive national service grant program. Work with Director of Community Impact to develop all national service grant proposals and reports. Oversight of the City of Flint VISTA Program and the United Way's VISTA Program.
The salary range if $41,000-$43,000 annually with benefits.
