Basic Responsibilities:
• Provides 1:1, group, and/or family counseling to individuals and families with emotional and/or behavioral issues.
• Conducts assessments and clinical diagnostic services for persons entering or reentering the human services system.
• Assists the person served in developing a person-centered service plan, updated and relevant to consumer progress and overall goals, using a strengths-based approach.
• Works cooperatively with other professionals and community members to help facilitate a team-based approach.
• Keeps supervisor and other professional staff informed of clinical and administrative issues related to service delivery.
• As required, acts as lead clinician for persons served assisting with case management/monitoring responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Must be fully licensed LCSW.
