In this position you will be responsible for implementing an innovative program aimed at determining the impact of a comprehensive menu of supports on family economic self-sufficiency. Responsible for conducting assessment for addressing needs of the family and children including education, vocational skills, housing, family supports and safety, connecting families to appropriate services, meeting regularly to monitor progress toward established goals, including home visits, assigning training and/or community service, employment or internships. Provide on-going support for 12 months post job placement. Establish a network of relationships in the community including innovative approaches to meeting family goals. Responsible for managing a revolving caseload of 25-30 families.
