Basic Responsibilities:
  • Provide Occupational Therapy services to children ages 18 months - 5 years as mandated on student IEP or IFSP.
  • Complete required paperwork and reports and collaborate with colleagues and parents.
Qualifications:
  • New York State License as a COTA or OT-R
  • Pediatric OT experience a plus
  • Knowledge of OT developmental tests/screenings
  • Knowledge of writing session notes and progress reports
