The Director of Community Impact and Engagement is outward facing, results-oriented, high energy and inspiring. They will advance United Way’s goals through agency relationships, collective action efforts, strategic investments in community-based human service programs, and successfully securing grant funding to support UW’s impact focus areas, collaborations and operations. They are responsible for identifying solutions to community-wide issues through relationships with service providers, organizations and businesses. They will develop and coordinate long-range strategic plans to build strong partnerships; drive volunteer engagement to support community impact; generate a variety of resources necessary to enhance the organization’s ability to meet its mission of impact; and utilize data to support decisions.
