This position is critical to meeting the annual fundraising goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an engaging public speaker, a relationship-builder, a team leader, and a proven fundraiser who will manage the resource development team in developing strategies to increase campaign growth.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management or related field
Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of three years fundraising/sales experience at a leadership and/or supervisory level; experience in developing and retaining relationships with donors and executive community leaders, facilitating groups, working with volunteers and in a team environment is required.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $61,000 to $70,000 per year
