The Campaign Processing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of all aspects of pledge processing and will work closely with the Campaign Data Manager to ensure the timely posting of all Workplace, Accounts Receivable, adjustment envelopes and uploads. The individual will process campaign pledges, enter cash receipts and prepare excel spreadsheets for upload into the donor database; ensure donor accounts are properly established and pledges are recorded; ensure all credit card payments received are properly applied to donor accounts; perform closing of envelopes in Andar and ensure designation payouts are prepared in the pledge system timely and accurately based on policies with prompt reporting to finance staff for payment processing.
- Pprior United Way pledge processing experience and/or other donor database experience strongly preferred, and minimum of three years (3) years of experience along with excellent communication, computer skills and technical expertise.
