The candidate will provide leadership in bringing donors, volunteers, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, interfaith community and other stakeholders in developing and implementing long-term recovery and community disaster preparedness strategies. The position requires the ability to build partnerships, manage grants, recruit and train volunteers, reside at PBC’s Emergency Operations Center during a disaster, and coordinate disaster relief efforts in the county following a disaster.
- Budget oversight and experience working in a team environment, facilitating groups and working with volunteers.
