United Way of Palm Beach County is currently seeking to fill three, Full-Time AmeriCorps VISTA positions to assist with the implementation of infrastructure activities of a Hunger Relief Plan, assist with the implementation of childhood and senior activities of the Hunger Relief Plan, and assist Volunteer Services in meeting program objectives around financial stability, poverty and volunteerism.
The AmeriCorps VISTA assignments are for a term of one year beginning in February of 2019. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in the U.S., and will receive a living allowance, relocation allowance, end-of-service stipend or education award, health coverage, training and childcare assistance if eligible.
