The eBusiness Manager will, independently and through vendors, configure software systems to provide customized mass-email, web, and mobile giving platforms to workplace donors. The eBusiness Manager is responsible for the workflow and support of eCampaigns in the United Way of the National Capital Area footprint. The eBusiness Manager will provide oversight of the eCampaigns calendar to ensure timely implementation and follow-up of online giving platforms to workplaces. The eBusiness Manager will work closely with the Corporate Engagement team to provide technical sales support, coordinate logistics, and ensure implementation of eCampaigns on schedule.
- Manage eCampaign activities including, but not limited to: prospect development (demoing), capacity planning, and site implementation communications, testing and soliciting customer feedback annually.
- Coordinates collection of employee data from e-pledge accounts and uploads data into online systems.
- Serves as first point of contact for questions regarding e-pledge system from end users, campaign managers and United Way staff.
- Become ePledge eWay, and Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud proficient.
- Perform analysis of eCampaign accounts, developing campaign plans and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of eCampaign related activities
- Provide regular updates and change notices to campaign accountability team.
- Conduct United Way and eCampaign presentations and training sessions for internal and external customers.
- Completes all other assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Generates reports periodically to identify duplicate accounts to be purged and/or merge and proceeds accordingly.
- Work with vendor(s) as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of two (2) year work experience, in a technical sales support role preferred. Successful account or project management experiences a plus.
- Previous experience with Andar, eCommunity platform or eWay preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites required.
- Experience with HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) required.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a committed team player.

- Evenings and weekend work may be required.
