RQI Partners, LLC is a joint venture partnership between the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical, formed by the organizations to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate their lifesaving mission. The company blends the Association’s leadership in resuscitation science and education with Laerdal’s expertise in technology and implementation to deliver impactful and innovative resuscitation quality improvement programs. The RQI program is a self-directed, simulation-based performance and quality improvement program for healthcare organizations and professionals that offers “low-dose, high-frequency” knowledge and hands-on learning sessions that provide vital CPR quality practice in @ 20 minutes every 90 days. RQI offers a comprehensive, end-to-end quality improvement program at a lower cost .

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Downstream marketing for the RQI Partners portfolio with a mix of centralized and localized marketing activity, focusing on program representation, advocacy, education, sales enablement, demand generation and customer impact success
  • Co-develop and co-manage a regional community network, training events, symposia and community building
  • Maintain deep understanding of the regional market and a discipline of customer knowledge and empathy with a focus on the customer’s clinical quality and competency needs in order to produce relevant content marketing and support
  • Contribute to the readiness and success of sales channels and enhance the impact of the Resuscitation Quality Improvement program for hospitals and health systems to save more lives

Accountable for:

  • Driving region-based campaigns and activities to generate and nurture leads, acquire and maintain customers and reach adoption goals for the RQI Partners product portfolio
  • Co-management of regional user network and events
  • Collaboration with digital marketing for use of Pardot® marketing automation and salesforce within region
  • Developing localized marketing collateral, content, tools and support for the regional sales and distribution channels, potential for account-based marketing
  • Identifying opportunities to develop educational tools and best practices for regional RQI accounts to improve administration, utilization and Resuscitation Quality Improvement program impact to help save more lives
  • Maintaining internal relationships and collaboration for the successful development, representation, market introduction and promotion of the RQI portfolio and recognition of RQI accounts within the region

Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Understand local market environment, the competitive landscape and the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value; incorporate in marketing strategies and execute plan.
  • Articulate strategies and tactics for generating awareness, demand and leads.
  • Articulate go-to-market process and requirements for launches, enhancements and pilots
  • Develop/maintain strategic relationships with key thought leaders, partners and organizations

Marketing Support and Accountability to Customers

  • Support regional sales team and customers with sales tools, education and implementation support, best practices and regular communication
  • Maintain close relationships with customers within regions and support their efforts.
  • Create RQI product/program representation and updates in product materials and communications
  • Participate in go-to-market readiness for launches, enhancements and pilots
  • Nurture customer relationships through a regional user network, support the customer lifecycle and user community.
  • Develop and work closely with RQI Advocates within regions to build coalition for the new standard of care, advance recognition of RQI hospitals and the value of the RQI program to saving lives

Demand Generation

  • Design campaigns integrated with Pardot marketing automation that generate demand, nurture and support customers through the build of multiple campaign assets.
  • Create program and educational content that solves for customer and market problems within regions
  • Represent regional and/or SME thought leadership to guide market understanding and trends
  • Co-develop and co-manage a regional community network, training events, symposia and community building
  • Manage regional marketing and advertising activity to represent the value of the RQI portfolio
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant subject – eg business or marketing
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum eight (8) years experience in product management, marketing or related area
  • Experience in the healthcare field and or hospital market desirable
