The 2-1-1 Workforce Navigator will play an integral role in implementing a common referral system for workforce services. The Workforce Navigator will manage the technology platform used, maintain relationships with partners, and work directly with individuals needing services.
The 2-1-1 Workforce Navigator provides advocacy, assessment, and follow-up to callers requesting workforce services and assist callers in accessing services while being empathetic and objective. This position includes a high level of responsibility. The Workforce Navigator will participate in applicable project management and community work, and assist training/mentoring staff members.
