Are you passionate about the important work that non-profits perform in community?  The Program Analyst reports to the Director of Data and Evaluation to provide support with the completion of tasks related to database administration, grant reporting, regional trainings/events, research, and communication. The Program Analyst will provide technical support for UWBA and external partner staff in Exponent Case Management (ECM) through system administration, managing user accounts, building reports and monitoring data quality.  ECM is a case management and reporting application on the Salesforce platform.  

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provide database administration and technical support in ECM to external grantee partners.   
  • Work with UWBA Salesforce Administrator and external consultants for changes to the databases, migration projects, and system updates  
  • Lead ECM training series for external partners.
  • Create training materials, manage logistics, and lead workshops to help partners learn ECM basics and intermediate ECM skills.  
  • Identify, analyze, monitor, and interpret trends or patterns in programmatic data sets.  Create custom reports, maintain current reports, and support program needs in ECM.  Support external grant proposal and reporting processes. Query information from Salesforce, ECM, and other sources when grant reports are due. Provide data-related information at external and internal meetings. 
  • Develop tools and provide information to UWBA staff to help build our partner organizations’ capacities to capture and report program impacts.  
  • Remain current on new Salesforce features and proactively identify and conduct trainings for the team and external partners as necessary.   
  • Manage escalated support tickets with outside vendors and UWBA’s internal Salesforce Administrator.  
  • Review data and provide quality assurance of processes.  
  • Participate and periodically facilitate team meetings, partner meetings, and organizational brown bags.  
  • Support Director of Data and Evaluation in working with external evaluators around collecting data, sending data, and scheduling 
  • Support internal and regional partner convenings. Support may include event planning, agenda development, communication, logistics, room set-up, catering set-up, meeting facilitation, and/or notes transcription. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field  
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of three years of related professional experience (database administration, report building, grant reporting, training development/facilitation, program implementation, work with public/private sector leadership, experience in fundraising, and/or leadership in the community).
  •  Experience in Salesforce preferred; experience in other case management tools and systems administration a plus 
  • Strong experience in Excel and/or other reporting tools  Problem solving skills - looking for better, faster, innovative ways to complete tasks. 
  • Excellent word processing skills, including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  
  • Effective written and oral communications skills with an ability to provide clear presentation at internal and external meetings, convening and events. 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certificate a plus.  
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $56,000.00 - 58,000.00 Salary Non-Exempt
