Basic Responsibilities:

• Maintains all MS window server 2008 to 2012: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Group Policies, Bitlocker, file services, Network Policy and access control.  • Maintains all Cloud Services in Office365: AzureAD, Exchange, Sharepoint, Skype, One Drive, Security and Compliance. • Maintains the enterprise Antivirus system and ensure endpoints are protected. • Maintains the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system. • Creates or modifies PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive processes. • Creates, maintains and updates technical documentation and training for team members. • Participates in maintaining VMWare virtual environment, including creating new virtual servers, snapshots, and optimizing resources for best performance and uptime. • Participates in maintaining NETAPP Storage Area Network (SAN) environment for maximum uptime and performance. • Participates in maintaining email filtering of Threats and SPAM. • Participates in maintaining Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)and Single Sign-On (SSO) • Participates in deploying operating systems and applications via System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) or Group Policy. • Participates in maintaining Internet Information Services (IIS) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates.  • Participates in maintaining all Veeam backups, reviews daily backup logs, and ensures company data is secure and safe. • Participates in maintaining Structure Query Language (SQL) servers and services. • Participates in major upgrades and migrations of mission critical hardware or software systems. • Participates in maintaining CISCO VOIP systems and services. • Participates in maintaining firewalls and security by reviewing and updating rules/policies. • Participates in maintaining CISCO telepresence system and services • Participates in maintaining Key Management Services (KMS). • Implements and configures new technologies and hardware for evaluation and Production.  • Attend staff meetings and vendor presentations. • Participates in maintaining the IT storage closet, data center, and disaster recovery site. • Performs other duties requested by Information Technology Infrastructure Manager or the VP of Information Technology.

Qualifications:

• 3 year’s relevant experience working in Information Technology (IT) as a System Administrator or a Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology field.  • A Microsoft Certification or Cisco Certification may substitute as 1 year of IT experience, if approved from ITS Management.  • Must be able to obtain a certification within 180 days of employment. • Strong interest in working with a wide variety of technologies, and the opportunity to work in a team environment. • The candidate must be customer centric, and embrace the ideology of going above and beyond to ensure IT is meeting the needs of the business.
