Location: based in Raleigh, NC supporting Central/East, NC

Basic Responsibilities:

• Oversight of community based Behavioral Health and IDD employment services.  • Hire, train and evaluate staff.  • Development, monitor and implement budget process.   • Evaluate program performance, making enhancements as needed.  • Collaborate with numerous entities and agencies, to include government and community partners. Provide numerous QM functions to include audits, oversight of prescribed quality checks, and training. 

Qualifications:

• A degree from a four year college or university in human service field such as education, guidance and counseling, social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, occupational or physical therapy and prior experience supervising a supported employment or IPS program.   • Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and two years of business administrative and supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Having a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and be insurable is required.
