To record and maintain all campaign and financial data.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Record all campaign receipts and designations
  • Prepare and manage all A/R for campaign
  • Prepares and files all material for SECC & CFC campaigns
  • Prepares UWW reports
  • Prepares daily bank deposits
  • Prepares and manages cash flow statements
  • Manages all golf outing reports
  • Handles all A/R and A/P & EFT transfers
  • Assist and attend special events and UW functions
  • Prepare material and reports for annual audit
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3-years accounting & QuickBooks experience
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong grammar, punctuation, oral and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Office software
  • Must be a team player with ability to work in small office and handle jobs as needed
  • Must have valid MI driver’s license
  • Must be able to life 25-50 lbs.
