The Chapter Advancement Grants and Operations Manager is responsible for managing the national grants and scholarship program, chapter airline mileage program reporting, department budget and expense reporting, as well as supporting a variety of department operational projects.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for preparing materials and agendas for Grants Committee meetings, and conducting corresponding follow-up with applicants.
- Reviews high cost wish grant and scholarship requests and provides funding recommendations.
- Monitors and ensures timely completion of chapter grant requirements.
- Responsible for developing grants program reports for national leadership.
- Maintains grants program tracking and reconciles reports, working with Finance to ensure accurate tracking and reporting organization-wide.
- Facilitates grants program payment/disbursements.
- Manages Wishbank/Wishes In Flight airline miles tracking and internal reporting, and facilitates distributions.
- Manages Wish Fulfillment Fund chapter donor communications, reporting and stewardship.
- Manages all department expense reports and vendor payment processing.
- Manages chapter support inbox
- Assists Director of Chapter Advancement Operations with chapter realignment initiatives, trend analysis, and annual department budget preparation.
- Reconciles and reports on all in-kind programs managed by the department.
- Super-User/Administrator for Associates database.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three to five years professional business experience required, preferably in a nonprofit environment; experience working within a team environment with multi-faceted reporting structures preferred.
- Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications, and working with and developing detailed spreadsheets.

- Work in an office environment.
- Some travel may be required.
- Attendance at the office is an essential duty.
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours.
