Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania presents an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates for Human Resources Recruitment Specialist fills a critical role at Easterseals by finding the best applicants for rewarding careers for our organization centered on our work with children with special needs. We are seeking candidates who possess professional recruiting experience with full cycle recruitment. Experience in recruitment for challenging roles in allied health professions is a definite plus. Qualified candidates experienced with and desirous of work in a mission-driven organization should consider this opportunity, as well as candidates seeking a professional position while maintaining a reduced schedule, allowing flexibility for other aspects of work life balance. This position requires a sense of urgency and accountability to work with hiring managers to find the best applicants for their needs. Candidates demonstrating knowledge of area college and university programs from which to draw applicants are strongly preferred. Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated ability to research and plan the organization’s participation in career fairs, including an awareness of the options available and a method to select the best choices for participation. Candidates who enjoy regularly interacting with applicants whether via a screening interview on the telephone, email, or face to face at a career fair are required. Understanding the rules to maintain organizational compliance with regard to recruitment of open positions will fall under the responsibilities of this role. This position is required to work in conjunction with the HR Credentialing Specialist when necessary with regard to training and compliance for management and employees in the agency, so candidates should be comfortable with training and public speaking. This position is located off City Avenue in Philadelphia and offers a schedule of 24 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Substantive experience in Human Resources, recruitment and talent management specifically within non-profit settings preferred. Allied health recruitment strongly preferred. Social media savvy with regard to recruitment. Ability to regularly interface with candidates and hiring managers, and to represent the organization professionally and positively at career fairs and other external environments. Commitment to mission-driven objectives and ability to source candidates with similar sentiments. B.A. degree in related field. HR certification preferred.
