Basic Responsibilities:
Provide services at residential homes, weekly assessments and follow-up of needed medical appointments, lab work specialists, etc. Will monitor medications and logs, provide medication and universal precaution training. Will generate regular reports, attend all planned meetings, be on-call for illness or injuries and first point of contact by staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting
- Active LVN license
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver's License, ability to travel locally, and proper auto insurance
- DSP I and CPI certification a plus
