United Way of Thurston County (UWTC) is a dedicated organization of staff and volunteers committed to fighting for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community we serve. The RSVP Manager serves to inspire community engagement by leading, maintaining, and generating the growth of senior volunteer opportunities for UWTC.

The RSVP Manager provides leadership and administration of the federally-funded program in three counties. RSVP provides meaningful volunteer opportunities for people age 55 and older through community-based volunteer placements in our selected focus areas.
