Full-time

East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC) improves the well-being of children, youth and families by reducing the impact of trauma and social inequities and is committed to building a comprehensive, place-based continuum of accessible, trauma-informed and culturally relevant services that build resiliency, aid in recovery and, where possible, prevent exposure to adverse childhood experiences.

The Associate Development Director, Institutional Giving is an externally-facing role, working in collaboration with the Chief Development Officer to creatively expand our corporate and foundation portfolios while maximizing strategic governmental partnerships. The Associate Development Director, Institutional Giving reports to the Chief Development Officer, supervises grant writing staff, and works closely with staff and managers from all EBAC divisions.
