The Resource Development Data Management Specialist manages, coordinates and provides database reporting and logistical support to the Resource Development division and its Campaigns. Helping to deliver solutions related to reporting and data needs. This position’s responsibilities will provide operational and business support for the Resource Development and Finance Team.
Areas of Responsibility:
Database and Reporting
- Execute Resource Development reporting for all TUW needs, to include internal and external use.
- Create/compile/organize/update/maintain stakeholder information in appropriate organizational dashboards and spreadsheets and databases, and provide information to ensure TUW’s compliance with local, state and national requirements.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity.
- Train, assist and support staff with complex database reports and download of complex files.
- Reporting duties include (but are not restricted to) report production for weekly staff meetings, monthly cabinet meetings, individual relationship manager portfolios, Database 2 national report, CEO calls, Leadership Book and Impact Report.
Project Management
- Lead and manage campaign progress monitoring, tracking, and other data orientated campaign processes.
- Audit and ensure accuracy of reports and data.
- Manage digital fundraising tools and serve as liaison to our IT and Finance Departments.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on processes involving the e-pledge platform,
Data Analysis and Quality Improvement
- Research & prepare donor reports from 3rd party processors for finance importing.
- Clean and organize donor spreadsheets for Andar uploads/imports.
- Serve as liaison between Resource Development and Finance to develop and implement most efficient and effective processes.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support for organization as required.
- Participates as a champion, project lead, and/or member of organizational development teams as required.
- Complete Andar training as appropriate when offered
Educational Background:
High School diploma with 5-7 years of related experience required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Skills/Experience:
- 3 years database and data management experience.
- 1 year project management experience preferred.
- Fundraising software experience preferred (Andar).
- Prior fundraising experience and/or work in the non-profit sector preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily works in a climate controlled office-based setting.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $41,000 to $50,000 per year
