Director of Finance

Under supervision of President, this relationship focused servant leader is responsible for providing leadership, direction & oversight to the organization for finance, procurement, information, and policies and procedures to support the organization's collective impact agenda. Directly responsible for managing the organization's budget, human resources, financial planning and analysis, and investing funds according to Finance Committee's guidelines. Trains staff on finance/accounting, budget, information and administration policies and guidelines and procedures to facilitate understanding and compliance.
