Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a dynamic and effective Corporate Giving Manager in the Development Department. The Corporate Giving Manager reports to the Associate Director of Development Operations in the Development Division. Ensures that corporate giving donor and third-party processor records are properly recorded in the donor database. Manage record keeping of workplace giving and corporate matching programs to meet the data needs of the Corporate Relations program and other high touch donation data. Works closely with Revenue Operations staff to meet monthly closing time frames.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process and enter matching gift and workplace giving contributions from corporate giving programs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage access to corporate and third-party processor portals to retrieve and research donor information and intent.
  • Manage relationships with third-party corporate giving processors.
  • Develop procedures to streamline receipt of corporate and workplace giving contributions, including establishing direct deposit and wire transfers directly to PPFA’s bank accounts.
  • Train gift processing staff in best practices for entry of corporate and workplace giving gifts.
  • Identify proper source coding following established procedures to ensure proper gift allocation.
  • Apply soft crediting coding following established procedures.
  • Maintain corporate donor and third-party processing accounts.
  • Receive, batch, research, code and enter donations from corporate giving programs.
  • Manages and documents all paperwork to ensure receipt of employer portion of matching gift transactions.
  • Processes transaction adjustments.
  • Assists Revenue Operations with donation processing as needed.
REQUIREMENTS / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent direct experience is required.
  • Must have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including Excel, Word and database applications.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a dynamic, fast-moving team under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and keep them on track.
