Transportation Director sought for state-wide, route-based, Monday-Friday, door-to-door day service transportation for adults with intellectual disabilities.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for approximately 42 staff, 150 riders, & 18 daily routes across all Delaware counties.
- This position plays a key role in ensuring a safety culture and consistent, excellent customer service. Experience in staff supervision, fleet management, and route scheduling needed.
Skills/Experience:
- CDL or CDL-eligibility preferred.
- Experience working with or caring for people with disabilities strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and data reporting using Excel required.
