Basic Responsibilities:

• Clinical Team Leader provides, within the context of specific service definitions, clinical guidance and supervisory oversight to other clinicians on their team.   • Team Leader also provides direct interventions with persons served including psychotherapy, counseling, and coordination/development of person-centered plan.

Qualifications:

• Have verified status as a Qualified Professional according to 10A NCAC 27G.0104.   • Meet degree requirements according to Service Capacity Requirements.   • Meet Licensure requirements (requires LPC, LCSW, LPA, or LMFT, Fully or Provisionally Licensed).  Have one year of full-time documented experience with the population to be served.   • Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry.   • Maintain valid insurance for personal vehicles utilized for work.   • Complete within 90 days trainings as required by agency and service model.
