  • Oversee day to day operations and implementation of Summer Camp/After School program for children with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities and wellness program for Adults with me /DD.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate/implement age appropriate program activities.
  • Assure participants receive safe, quality care and supervision.
  • Train & supervise site employees.
  • Meet/participate with parents/attend events.
  • Report writing, outcome data collection, and fiscal management/budget oversite.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor Degree from U.S Dept. Of Education accredited school in Therapeutic Recreation or related field required.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Three years’ experience with population served and two years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 
  • Strong organization, time management skills.
