To deliver an exceptional experience for child sponsors and other World Vision supporters, through the development and delivery of high value marketing campaigns that demonstrate the difference their support is making. This in turn increases supporter loyalty and engagement.
Areas of Responsibility:
Delivering outstanding fundraising campaigns
- Manage the delivery of high value fundraising campaigns that deepen the engagement between the supporter and the cause, especially through child sponsorship.
- Develop new and innovative ways of communicating the impact our donors are making through timely and inspiring multi-channel campaigns.
- Ensure that our messaging and our marketing materials accurately reflect World Vision’s mission and Christian ethos and identity, and communicate authentically with our diverse supporter base.
Driving supporter understanding and data insight
- Work alongside our data and insights team to understand supporter behaviour, develop and implement tests that prove the impact of campaigns and innovations through detailed data analysis.
- Plan, build and extract data campaigns using our CRM system, working with other stakeholders to deliver data.
Managing people
- Manage relationships with our agencies – design, print, digital and film – to produce communications that engage supporters emotionally and drive them to respond.
Creating compelling content
- Build relationships with our Policy and Programmes Group to ensure our supporters are receiving the most inspiring updates about the projects they support.
- Communicate with WV staff based in National Offices to gather stories that bring to life the change our supporters are making.
