Reporting to the Associate Director Corporate Engagement, this position leads the donor stewarship and regional fundraising for global multinational corporations in collaboration with US & Canada, Europe Middle East & Africa and Latin America & Caribbean Area Offices. The primary focus of this position is to maintain and grow existing global corporate partnerships in the region. This position also explores new opportunities and forges new partnerships with global multinational corporations present in Asia-Pacific to expand corporate partnerships for AP and beyond Addionally, this position helps the Associate Director raise funds for regional initiatives including Habitat Young Leaders Build (HYLB) and the HYLB Leadership Academy, and the Asia-Pacific Housing Forum (APHF)

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Working under the direction of the Associate Director Corporate Engagement and the guidance of the RD Director, ensure excellent donor stewardship is provided to all global MNC partners originating from headquarters and other area offices and annually negotiate and close partnership for the region.
  • Generate new business from global MNCs present in Asia-Pacific and generate multi-year commitment.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presented in collaboration with various departments and Habitat national offices.
  • Support strategy development and revenue generation plans of global corporations in collaboration with other area offices and the national offices in Asia-Pacific.
  • Build a collaborative corporate fundraising culture within the region by capacitating and supporting the national organizations achieve it's revenue target using the moves management strategy.
  • Help build sustainability in regional campaigns and events by forging long-term partnerships for HYLB & HYLB-LA and the APHF
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to find partners to support brand building programs like Asian Tour, WFSA, Women Build, and other emerging strategic initiatives.
  • Build a collaborative work environment within the Resource Development Department, with other Departments and the national offices towards meeting the fundraising targets in the region through proposal development, presentations, and donor reporting.
  • Ensure effective donor relations management is provided to all donors with the engagement of the Global Compliance Donor Reporting team.
  • Support the national organizations on their CRM requirement and ensure that regular pipeline reporting is complied with using the regional CRM tool. 11. Represent the organization at assigned events
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Educational Background: 
BA/BS required, MBA and exposure to Fundraising in Asian geographies.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 5+ years of front-line experience in fundraising from corporations, high net-worth individuals in large, nation-wide setting or regional setting as part of a nationally/regionally deployed team or front-line sales in a corporate setting with a passion for social development projects and marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record or successful fundraising in an environment of similar complexity.
  • Experience in a multi-national federated organization with the ability to thrive.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills - Innovative, creative, collaborative, and strategic & analytical thinker.
  • Excellent customer service mindset - Superior negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong development-related technology skills (internet, social media etc.)
  • An individual of unquestionable integrity whose professional and personal conduct reflects HFH's Christian principles and values.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Preferred: Beneficial but not required: Working knowledge of CRMs
