Provide in-person interpreting services in a variety of settings (health, education, and social services, social) in order to facilitate communication between providers and consumer served. Serve as a cultural and linguistic resource to both consumer and providers. Associate degree or higher from an accredited Interpreting
Willingness and ability to travel to assignments necessary.
Skills/Experience:
- Training program or equivalent experience with ASL. Ability to express oneself through manual communication skills (sign language, expressive and receptive and oral support techniques).
