We are currently looking for a candidate to provide administrative support for leadership giving societies/affinity groups; Tocqueville, Key Club, Rosenberry, Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), LINC. Support the Resource Development team by assuming a variety of duties, including meeting and event preparation, marketing coordination and tracking. As a member of the Resource Development department this position supports activities to achieve campaign goals, advancing our community’s Agenda for Change.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsibilities include acting as support staff liaison for council/committee meeting support, serve as point person for meeting logistics and material preparation (including Board Effect and Mail Chimp), manage committee notifications.
- Data management for all Leadership Giving data support, including donor data management, weekly reporting, and other reports as necessary, including Key Club Directory.
Educational Background:
Associate Degree or equivalent administrative experience is required.
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of data, project, volunteer, and event management, word-processing, spreadsheets, strong oral and written communication.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer systems and ability to learn new client data management platforms.
- Willingness, openness and commitment to engaging and involving diverse communities, especially those racially and ethnically diverse, in decision-making, leadership, and action.
- Experience working with projects that require a high degree of accuracy and responsibility, preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, public relations and fundraising is helpful.
