Under the general direction and guidance of the Senior Manager, eBusiness, the eBusiness Coordinator will assist with all aspects of eWAY, UWGLA’s electronic pledge capturing system. The eBusiness Coordinator will also assist the eBusiness Manager with managing and maintaining UWGLA’s designated agencies funds distribution and report portal DesigWeb.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Generate new eWAY websites from template, make basic edits, and test site functionality to meet negotiated company requirements, utilizing donor company input, messaging and collaterals
  • Troubleshoot all eWAY site issues, including donor log-in, pledge capturing, and other Donor Service related issues
  • Train selected client company staff in operation of eWay site and proper reporting procedures to pull data effectively and manage campaign in-house
  • Provide support for UW Accounts Managers during initial site visit and conduct eWAY demonstration meetings for small groups of high-level decision makers at potential client companies
  • Upload employee master files, giving histories, and continuous giving options (if approved and available) to Microsoft Enterprise
  • Respond and fulfill internal and external reporting requests on an “as-needed” basis
  • Implement and manage electronic giving campaigns per agreed-upon metrics and deadlines for all active eWay accounts
  • Assist eBusiness team with reconciliations and file preparations for submission to Gift Processing after credit card and EFT/Electronic Check sweeps.
  • Perform sweep to collect write-in agency information for research and set-up prior to campaign close.
  • Building on accepted standards, assist the Senior Manager, eBusiness in identifying and documenting process improvements
  • Assist in developing and revising departmental operating policies and procedures
  • Assist Finance Business Services management with preparation and reconciliation for internal audits of United Way on an annual basis
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a professional office environment required
  • Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of database and HTML principals required
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct and lead presentations for groups of high-level executives
  • Must be customer service oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
  • Must possess strong analytical capabilities; creative thinking with ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work with all organizational levels internally and externally with donors and non-profit agencies
  • Must exhibit good judgment when faced with unclear or questionable materials and able to extrapolate intent from non-standard submissions
  • Must possess ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and projects within tight department metrics and deadlines, as well as ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and projects
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and high personal value on accuracy and quality required
