We are seeking a proven collaborative leader. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Collective Impact, staff supervision, transition and managing change, and interacting with the corporate, education, health, human services and workforce development sectors. Our new executive director will guide our community collaboratives in continually improving educational achievement, living wage employment, strong families and optimal health leading to measurable community transformation. This person will authentically engage with donors and will provide world class gratitude and support for fulfilling their aspirations.
- 5-7 years administrative experience, with significant leadership in the not-for-profit sector.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Proven capabilities in fund development and major gift fundraising, board governance, the Model for Improvement, public speaking, gratitude, strategic planning and conflict management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Technologically and administratively savvy.
- Familiarity with Greater Lorain County or area with similar demographic composition a plus.
Salary: $81,000 to $90,000 per year
