Summary:

Responsible for the development, organization and implementation of an interactive/adaptive curriculum for the Life Skills program that provides an active, encouraging, supportive, and positive learning environment. Evaluates each individual’s progress and overall understanding and Life Skills’ performance and will develop and monitor a series of obtainable and measurable goals and objectives for each person served and report outcomes. Regularly communicates verbally and in written form with adults served, families, Easterseals staff, coworkers, and with other persons interested in the program.
